OfferLoop Terms of Service Last updated: 8 October 2026. Free pilot.

1. What this is. OfferLoop helps you run your own job search: it builds a profile from your CV and your answers, finds vacancies, ranks them, drafts tailored application documents, helps you prepare for interviews, and tracks your applications. It is a tool you operate. When you order it, OfferLoop also submits an application for you: it enters the documents you confirmed and the answers you gave into the employer's form, in your name. It never applies without your order.

2. Who can use it. You must be at least 18. The pilot is invitation-only and free. Do not share your login.

3. Your documents are your responsibility. OfferLoop drafts text from the facts you give it. Before anything goes to an employer, read it. You confirm that the statements in it are true, and it is sent in your own name, whether you send it yourself or order us to submit it. When you order a submission, we send exactly the documents you confirmed and the questionnaire answers you gave, and nothing is sent without your order. If the employer's portal needs an account, we may create one in your name with your e-mail address and a generated password, which we hand to you. We build the product to refuse to invent qualifications, employers, dates or numbers, and to tell you plainly where you do not meet a requirement rather than writing around it - but the final check is yours, and so is what is sent in your name.

4. What you give us. You keep ownership of your CV, your recordings and everything you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. That matters most for interview recordings: in several countries recording a conversation without telling the other people is illegal. Only upload a recording you were entitled to make.

5. What we may not do. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not show it to anyone except the processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fair use. The pilot runs on our budget. There are daily limits on document generation and AI use. Do not script the service, resell it, or use it for anyone other than yourself. We may pause an account that is clearly abusing the limits, and we will tell you why.

7. Vacancy data. Job listings come from public job-board APIs and from pages you ask us to fetch. They belong to their publishers; we show them to you with attribution and we do not republish them. Accuracy and availability are the publisher's, not ours - always check the original posting before applying.

8. AI output. The model can be wrong. Scores are an opinion, not a verdict. Company research and interview questions are generated and may contain mistakes. Check anything that matters.

9. No guarantees. This is a free pilot provided "as is". We do not promise it will be available, error-free, or that it will get you a job or an interview. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited under German law.

10. Ending it. You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your data. We can end the pilot with 14 days' notice; you will have that time to export everything.

11. Changes. We will e-mail you before we change these terms. If you do not agree, delete your account.

12. Law. German law. Courts of Magdeburg, unless you are a consumer, in which case you can also sue where you live.
